The regulations impose a minimum of 3 years if ageing in cellar. We consider that 6-8 years are necessary for the maturation of a great wine.

Tasting
Pale colour. Very brign and straw-coloured. Notes of dried fruits, white fruits, sensation of roasting and soft spices (cinnamon, vanilla).

Dishes
Chicken of Bresse, sauce of truffles.
