Winemaking
The Brut Blanc is make from 2 Chardonnay plots (white grape with white skin) on the Ecueil terroir.
Ageing after bottling at least 3 years.

  • Alcoholic and Malolactic fermentation in temperaturecontrolled stainless steel tanks.

Tasting
The Brut Blanc has a floral and delicate nose, with notes of white flowers and citrus fruits as grapefruit and lemon.
We can feel mineralogy and freshness on the palate with a beautiful acidity whose giving it a good ageing potential.

Dishes
As The star chef Philippe Mille recommends, it’s perfect with a Norway Lobster, caviar or roasted crayfish.
