This cuvée from the 2007 harvest was bottled in the Spring of 2008. It was produced in a limited quantity numbered from 1 to 2000.
The 3gr 2007 Extra Brut 1er Cru is above all an Extra Brut. It reveals beautiful sensations of freshness and minerality thanks to its low dosage. The nose opens onto aromas of stewed fruit and candied pineapple. The palate is rich, long, complex and tonic.
To be matched exclusively with seafood, semi-cooked salmon, lobster and melon.
