Our Non-Vintage Brut 1er Cru Champagne is a blend of wines from different vintages. Being our “Signature Cuvée”, it counts for 80% of our production. By law, Non-Vintage Champagnes have to be aged for 15 months. Ours are matured for at least 4 years after bottling. It will keep improving for 1 or 2 more years in your own wine cellar.

la Rosé
BRUT
“La Rosé” is a blend of red and white wines. 10% of still red wine called Coteaux Champenois is added to 90% of our traditional base blend.
The result is an elegantly pink colored Champagne. The mouthfeel is smooth yet crisp, dry and lively. “La Rosé” offers an intensely aromatic nose thanks to its red fruit aromas.

Obtained from Chardonnay grapes grown on 2 south-east facing plots located in Ecueil, this Blanc de Blancs Champagne offers a nose dominated by white flowers and citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lemon. The mouthfeel shows a lot of minerality and freshness thanks to a well-integrated acidity which ensures a good keeping potential.

2008
The 2008 3Gr cuvée is an Extra Brut. The low dosage lets this Champagne show its beautiful freshness and minerality. The nose is full of stewed fruits and candied pineapple. The mouthfeel is full, long, complex and invigorating. Great keeping potential.

2005
2005 is considered an “excellent vintage”. The production volume is quite good for the absolutely exceptional quality! This Champagne has been selected by several starred chefs. Only a couple hundred bottles are available.

Ratafia
PINOT NOIR
The Ratafia is a blend of unfermented musts from the second press that has undergone a cold static settling, and has been fortified with aged wine eaux de vies. It is then matured in small 228L oak barrels.
This ratafia is of extraordinary quality and pairs well with food. It can be served between 0-10°C with a foie gras garnished with figues, scallops, or with a chocolate dessert.
